Getting Boots And Headlamps To Those That Missed Out

I need to make an extra effort to get boots and headlamps to people who have missed out. Several folks come to me every night but I have already handed out the items I brought with me. I need to make sure that I am not giving multiple boots and lamps to some folks and nothing to others. That is very wrong, need to try my best to avoid that. I am speaking to more people than ever before, trying to remember faces (in the dark), trying to get those remembered face their fair share.
