Better Compositions?

I wonder if shooting lots of digi photos will help my compositional skills? With a digital camera you get an immediate feel on what works and does not work, a process that is always delayed when using film equipment. I can try stuff, see if works and then quickly follow up with more photos of what does work. The rapid feedback from the LCD review image should also help me pay closer attention to light and movement in the photograph. This new tool could work out quite well, it might not only provide colour photos but it might help me with my b/w film shooting as well.

Hopefully the digital camera will help me become a better photographer in many different ways!
