Experimental HP5 Stand Development

I have been unhappy with the grain and contrast of my first HP5 35mm pics so I decided to try something radical. I exposed the HP5 below at 200 ASA but  then decided to give it stand development, hoping the long development with minimal agitation would push they high tones up giving more contrast. I also developed in Rodinal this time to try and push the grain somewhat larger.

The negs below were given stand development for 1 hour, with a 1-100 Rodinal dilution at 20C, the agitation was inverting the tank for the first 30 seconds, followed by swirls (like swirling a wine in a glass) for 15 seconds every 10 minutes. The bottom shot had some contrast added with photoshop the top image is as scanned.
