35mm Poipet Cambodia, Work #1

These 35mm Poipet photographs were made with 2 Lecia M6 bodies and 3 lens a 28mm F2, a 21mm F2.8 and a 50mm F1.4. The film is Tri-x (how much longer will it be around?) exposed at 200 and developed in a Patterson tank 2/1 for 12 minutes and 30 seconds at 20C.

Now that the tech stuff is out of the way the more important stuff. Poipet is a very poor town on the Thai Cambodian border but that poverty does not prevent the people of Poipet from being warm and friendly. I was depressed photographing in Poipet but also felt a certain amount of joy and happiness because of all the people I met. Here are some stories I posted earlier.
